Embark on a journey of artistic exploration with watercolour artist Richard Burton, in collaboration with the North Yorks Arts School. Join us for an immersive experience where you'll delve deep into the captivating world of landscapes and watercolours. Each workshop revolves around a specific location, allowing artists the luxury of a full day to delve deeply into the intricacies of watercolour landscape painting, focusing particularly on Richard's signature approach to mood and atmosphere. The day commences with tonal sketching and compositional exercises conducted on-location, immersing participants in the essence of the chosen landscape. Following lunch, attendees reconvene in the studio to embark on a step-by-step journey of painting. Utilising Richard's distinctive palette of colours and guided by the morning's tonal sketches, participants craft detailed landscape paintings that capture the essence and mood of the chosen location. Cancelations within 4 weeks of the event will not be refunded, however bookaclass.org will look to reschedule you onto a future bookaclass.org event. This option is at the discretion of bookaclass.org. Your Right to Cancel If you are a customer living in the United Kingdom or the European Union you have the right to cancel your contract to purchase services from us within 14 days of purchase without giving notice. The cancellation period will end 14 days from the date of purchase when you purchased a service.
