Beginner's Bookbinding Workshop

Do you fancy learning how to make a book? Then, why not come along to this beginner's bookbinding class, where you will have the opportunity to learn a variety of simple bookbinding techniques. The techniques taught will include some folded books and some simple sewn bindings, including Pamphlet Stitch and Japanese Stab Binding. Cloe will discuss the tools and materials used in bookbinding and demonstrate multiple bookbinding techniques, guiding you as you make your own unique books. You will walk away with multiple different booklets and the knowledge to make more. Perhaps they will become notebooks, poetry books, sketchbooks, a novel or a photo album. All materials and tools will be supplied. If you have any decorative papers or specific paper stock that you might like to use in your books, please feel free to bring it along. Cancellations within 2 weeks of the event will not be refunded, however bookaclass.org will look to reschedule you onto a future bookaclass.org event. This option is at the discretion of bookaclass.org. Your Right to Cancel If you are a customer living in the United Kingdom or the European Union you have the right to cancel your contract to purchase services from us within 14 days of purchase without giving notice. The cancellation period will end 14 days from the date of purchase when you purchased a service.
